| Terms and Conditions
Ordering:
 | Orders are taken Monday - Friday 10am till 6pm and Saturdays 9.30am
till 4pm. |
 | The information we seek from you when placing an order is for
billing and/or contacting you if we have a query. |
Delivery:
 | Free delivery on all Equine America Products. |
 | Free delivery throughout the Southwest on scheduled fortnightly
rounds. Delivery date will be given at time of payment. |
 | Mail order charges will be established at time of ordering and will
only reflect actual cost to Horse and Rider. |
Payment:
 | Payment will only be requested when goods available for despatch.
Payment may be by Credit/Debit card - all major debit and credit cards
accepted. |
Availability:
 | We try to hold extensive stocks of goods but occasionally we will be
out of stock. If out of stock we will inform you. All delivery dates
are subject to availability. |
Special Order Items:
 | All items ordered specially, eg: those sourced outside our usual
stock , personalised or custom made goods are non returnable.
Cancellation must be made within 7 days of placing the order and must
be by phone: 01566 774253. |
Returns
 | If you fid the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied,
providing that you contact us with in 7 days of receipt of goods and
return the goods un-soiled in the original packaging, you will be
entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and
pay for the return, the goods should be well packaged, clearly
labelled and sent back to: |

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage
as should a returned product be damaged or lost we do not
compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of cancelled or
unwanted goods. |
Customs:

Goods ordered from Equine Health (SW) Ltd for delivery
outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes. These will be
levied once the parcel reaches its destination and the charges for
customs must be paid by you. We have no control over these or what
they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. If you
would like further information then please contact your nearest
customs office for full details and regulations. |

Hygiene Regulations:
 | Due to the health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems
involved with the inspection of footwear and horse clothing, it is
regretted that we are unable to inspect any item unless if is clean
and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). |
Descriptions:
 | Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and
colours are correct, but we do reserve the right to affect changes,
these will be notified at the time of ordering. |
 | All Equine America supplements for horses are based on a 500kg horse
so please be aware that the weight of the horse will affect the amount
of supplement used so could change the length of time a product will
last. |
